How to Have a Slim Body

Wanting a slimmer body since the day you realized those plumps? Well try the Manika's (Rince Rio) routine of maintaining her slim body.

  • Have Fun Eating - Eating is important. Even though you are on a terrific diet you must not forget to eat. As you get your energy from your food. Don't skip and enjoy every meal that you have.

  • Get Rid of the Supersized - To slim down your figure you must not consume big size meals. Just imagine if you are to store 3 supersize meals to your body everyday, where will they go? come to think of it.

  • Eat Healthy - Try to add colors to your plate. Don't just eat green leafy vegetables but also different kinds of fruits. Eat at least 5 servings of green vegetables a day. If you find it hard for ur gums, try Vegetable drinks or juices. Eat small portions of meat and fish too.

  • Eat Slowly  - When you eat slowly, you can avoid eating too much food. And  besides, as you chew your food you will get used to its smell. Neutralizing your smelling consciousness will eventually loose your appetite that can help you not to eat more.

  • Sleep - Have rest! Sleeping wont make you fat. You will need to rest your body to recharge it for the next day of activity. Take a nap too, if possible.
  • Drink Water - Drink 8 - 10 glasses of water everyday. But its best to drink water before eating to lessen your desire to eat plenty. ;) 
  • Move a Muscle - exercising and sweating is good for the body. You may try a Belly dancing class or any workout that make you sweat and burn those fats...
  • Say NO! - Learn how to say no to foods with high calories and fats. You dont want that to add up to the weight right.
